10,000 what?
Does anyone do the 10,000 steps thing? Or use a pedometer? Its springtime, so my thoughts are turning to weight loss. And wondering how much walking I do because my boss doesn't want to get things himself. Unfortunately, pedometers (aka step counters) come in way more than 31 flavors and I'm not sure where to start. There are websites giving reviews of them, but its all just kind of gibberish and I'm looking for the opinion of a real person.
